HEATDROP – Exchange & Refund Policy

At HEATDROP, every drop is exclusive. To maintain fairness and quality, we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly provide exchanges under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • You need a different size or color.
  • You changed your mind after purchase (style, fit, or feel)

Exchange Rules

  • Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Processing time: 2-3 weeks after approval.
